Thanks Don and Gita. This is a great listing in a great neighborhood. Who ever would have thought Beaufort SC Waterfront homes would be in the $600-700K range? I could not have predicted it going that low. We are having one of our first auction this weekend and a waterfront home on Salte Creek will be auctioned off (waterfront - nice home - needs remodeling - great views). I'll let you know what happens with the auction.
