Active adult communities are the neighborhoods of choice for the baby boomer.  As they become seniors they want to be around their peers and to be able to socialize, play and entertain. Las Vegas has many of those type of communities and they can all be found at http://www.retirelasvegasstyle.com/ . This site has neighborhoods pictures, community information of all the senior communities in the Las Vegas valley including the much noted Del Webb Sun City communities.
