November 22 Beer and Salsa 101

Join the Penn State Master Gardeners of Schuylkill County on Saturday, November 22, 2008 from 12:00 Noon – 3:00 PM at the Sweet Arrow Lake Clubhouse (take Shoreline Dr. off Rte 443 to Club House Road) Pine Grove, PA. Learn the basics of brewing your own beer: The importance of sanitation, bottling, time constraints, patience and learn the best ingredients for the best taste. What goes best with beer? Salsa! Hot and Fruit Salsas! Workshop fee is $27.00 per person. Schuylkill County residents must be 21 years old to attend.

Make checks payable to Schuylkill County Cooperative Extension. Pre-registration is required. Seating is limited! Call for seat availability and to register at 570-622-4225. Registration fee is non-refundable, but you may send a substitute age 21 years older.
