Jay,

Thanks for the Podcast link. That was some good information.

We are thinking the 203K will be making a bit of a comeback in our market here in Ann Arbor.

One thing, you might want to differentiate between a "Old style" 203K and the newer "Streamline" 203K.

The old one was a lot more difficult to get done. Shelley was just talking about the Streamlined 203K.
