With the economy what it is these days, everyone is finding it difficult to remain ON TOPIC...  

Thoughts of trading title insurance through the BARTER SYSTEM have more than once crossed my mind!  

One of our good clients recently came into the office seeking a favor...we often do PRO BONO work at no charge!!! But I guess realizing how disastrous the business has been, the client, feeling obligated, entered the office bearing a large bag of oranges and a box of scrumptious Canadian Made cookies...a fitting payment for some small title favors...  

Long story short, the oranges were weak, but the cookies were awesome...  

So awesome that we were forced to call the client and boldly ask where these cookies were purchased...sure it was a local deli or specialty food store...  

To our chagrin, she had picked these cookies up on a recent trip to Canada...Niagara Falls to be exact...!

Short story long, we were positive we could order some replacements by going on the manufacturers web site plainly listed on the side of the nicely decorated box...well, we tried this, only to be dismayed that this manufacturer only sold in Canada...however, a small window of hope remained when the manufacturer suggested contacting a retailer who handles their products for export distribution..we did so, but this product was not in their menu of products available...  

Hey, these cookies are really good...and business.......well, it's kind of CRUMBY (pun intended)...  

So we're sending out this APB to our Canadian friends...WHERE CAN WE BUY THESE COOKIES...???  

Heck, if you can find someone a home in this environment, you should surely find it easy to locate some fine Canadian made cookies for your friends in Pennsylvania!!!  

Now, we're not looking for a handout, mind you...we just want to find out where we can obtain these tasty morsels made by our northern partners in NAFTA...!!!
