Simi Valley Home Prices Decline 17.4% in 3rd Quarter 2008.
According to Zillow, Simi Valley Home Prices have declined 17.4% in the 3rd quarter compared to the same period in 2007. Nationally the drop was only 9.7%. Home buyers are cheering and home sellers are hoping this is the last shoe to drop.
Even more interesting is that many home sellers believe that the value of their home has increased or has not declined at all.
