8 Comments on A Flurry of Buyer Activity in Woodbridge Virginia
Wow Cindy! Good for you and yours. The only flurry we have right now is white and cold! ; )
But I am ever the optimist and we will do better soon.
Hi Cindy, I am amazed at the delta decline in the avg. sold prices. Either people are buying lower priced homes, distressed homes, or values have plummeted. In any event, good deals for the buyers.
Cindy, whew! Those are some really big ole price declines! Talk about a buyers' market!
Cindy, there certainly is quite a flurry in Woodbridge -- and today we even had some real snow flurries if only for a few moments in the afternoon.
David-the market has picked up here considerably. Prices have fallen and now the buyers are out!
Gary-prices have plummeted due to the large number of foreclosures. With the lower interest rates it has made the perfect storm for buyers to pick up some good deals.
Patricia-yes they are huge! As a result buyers are getting the message. What is even more interesting is the cash buyers. Just closed one for just over 400K cash and have two more cash deals in the works.
Brian-the few flakes in the sky yesterday aren't anything compared to the storm we are having in the market here. Let me know how the discussions go with CBJr.
