How do those open houses work out for you there? Do you just do them for realtors? When we do them only the Realtors come and it works out good becuase we talk about all our listings also. I think that giving away money is always good, but here they come more for food than money. Last week I went to one that was giving away a Coach purse...how $$$ is that? well Have a good one!
