FSBO Entrance is pretty cool!I was driving through a neighborhood north of Tucson and came across a FSBO that was so intriguing that I turned around to take a few photos.

It was the entrance to this one acre horse property that caught my eye.

That's pretty cool!

I talked with the seller, who lives next door, and bought the property two years ago because their kids were moving to the area.  Kids can be fickle.  They've moved away, leaving the parents to sell the property.

The former owner was a welder, and the property shows his handiwork.

Western artwork adorns the entrance to the property. It was the cast cow skull hanging from the "rancho" entrance that really caught my eye.

That, and the sunburst above it.  You won't find pictures like this in your local MLS!

I know.  You want to know about the house that's for sale on this acre lot of horse property.

The one that's for sale for $189,000.

The house isn't exceptional.  It's a doublewide manufactured home made in the 1990s.

The views, though, are awesome!

Beautiful pictures and hey, some of those "manufactured homes" are gosh darned nice inside!

Hey, Mike.  Great photos.  Hope you can "lasso" something out of this.  Keep up the great work.  I'm sure hoping I can send some business your way over the winter!  Keeping an eye out for the buyers who want to get back to warmth.  Me?  I'm frozen, but not quite solid.  Keep moving and the ice falls right off.

Me, too!  At least a referral to a realtor.  Keep moving.  LOL

Thom & Ray,

That's the truth.  This one's neat and clean.

Maybe it' a Hex! In DFW, the Realtor Stores sell a little statue of St. Joseph, which they bury in the front yard to make the house sell faster! No wonder the attrition rate is so high!

The question is, does the artwork come with the property?  The doublewide isn't much.  I don't know about the value of an acre there.  However, the artwork has real value.

Lenn,

The value of an acre is $100,000 plus, and the artwork stays with the property.

Don,

Thanks for stopping by.

Bill,

You don't want to buy the artwork?!

Susie,

Sounds like your place in the sun!  Come on down!

Katerina,

Thanks for the encouragement!

Greg,

Some folks out here do the St. Joseph statue thing too.

Jon,

That's what caught my eye!

Jesse,

I keep my camera handy, and my eyes peeled.

Pat,

It was 80 degrees yesterday, and in the 40s last night.

Richard,

I'm just happy to do the loan.  VA can finance 100%, and FHA 97%.

Mike,

What art?

It doesn't say so in the dictionary, but "art" seems to be anything that an "artist" says is "art" if he can say it with a straight face.

Buy?

I don't even want to live near it!

I perfer your work.

If one has views and a place to play outside, one doesn't need a whole lot of inside. Just a room with a computer hooked up to Active Rain -- LOL.
