This is the process to install Vinyl tiles on kitchen area. I chose larger size tiles. Lowes has more different styles and size of vinyl tiles compared to Homedepot in my area - Faytteville co.and Riverdale area. After applying sealer, it looks so real with texture. Cost around $150 with no labor. I did install them with my husband's help.

This pic is not staged yet.

Sorry that I have more work samples of remodeling than home staging. I usually do design, paint, exchange lightfixture, upholstery, install drapery, and add finishing touch by myself. My husband helps me as a handy man. I love remodeling and upgrading to add up the value to the property along with staging.

You can find this Kitchen Before&After on other entry.

Finally Friday!

Grear weekend!

Great floors. Vinyl tiles are definitely an inexpensive way to make a room look more expensive and give it more style. I have renovated a several properties myself..Hope to be exchanging lots of good ideas with you.
