How many times have you said something that came back to haunt you?  Yesterday Iwas frustrated with the listing agent of one of the sales I'm trying to get closed. I felt that he was not doing his part in providing the info necessary to get this deal closed .  I decided to call and leave him a message that would get him off dead center. My message was that my clients were ready to back out if these challenges were not addressed. About a hour later he called me to say that he was doing all he could and that the info that I was looking for was coming in a day or so. When I talked to the buyer about the file she said that if these things did not get done she was going to back out of the deal.  My point is this. Our WORDS have power and by my saying what I said set those words in motion . Lesson learned !!!! Don't say things that you don't want to come true. Mel Beaudry
