Hump Day, over the hump and on our way to another super Southern California weekend.  Much cooler today 74 predicted for downtown.

 Real estate sales way up across the southland... prices way down in some areas.  That's what is called supply and demand... the supply is dwindling because the prices have dropped creating a demand.  The market is adjusting.  That is great news!

 We may have good news to report about a listing of ours.  Stay tuned for that.  Also, a new listing on a fantastic condo in Silver Lake.

Speaking of Silver Lake, Jack Bauer (Keiffer Sutherland of the TV series 24) was on the Tonight show last night.  Guess where he lives?  Silver Lake.  He told a story about riding his bike and crashing it in the middle of a cross walk.  He was embarrassed. 

LA---what a great place to live.

 One time my brother from Beaver Creek, Colorado came for a visit.  Went went to play golf... got paired up with Sylvester Stallone.  That's LA!

 This Sunday, The Grove Shopping Center, my favorite place will hold a Christmas tree lighting ceremony.  What a blast for kids of all ages... that would be me included.  We hope to see you there.   Here's a link to the site.  Great family fun. http://www.thegrovela.com/
