Are you where you want to be?  I mean in life.  I find that as I get older, I'm constantly asking that question, "Where do I want to be or what do I hope to accomplish?"  This question obviously comes up at the beginning of the New Year when all those "new or revisited" resolutions come into play.

So, again I ask you "Are you where you want to be?"  Is this season the time that you change careers, become successful in finally losing the weight you wanted to lose, or is it time for you to invest in the possibility of buying a house?  (Since this is a weblog, you had to figure something would come up about buying a house.)

In all seriousness, this is the perfect time for you to BUY a house.  There are tons of homes on the market, the interest rates have been remaining steady, and mortgage companies offer many different programs that almost anyone can qualify for.  What are you waiting for???
