In this down market it is still true that the cleanest, & best properties sell the fastest.  Some people can not see past a stinky carpet or dirty walls.  Cheep fix that in the long run will get your property sold faster and top dollar.

Just a good cleaning sometimes does wonders.  It amazes me that some homes we show up to inspect are just a mess.  A sink full of dishes and clothes littering the floors is all to common...
