Smile for Today...

There's a new commercial listing in our MLS.

It's a well known property on a busy highway (Route 443).

The listing agent states in her remarks: NO DRIVEBYS!

Okay, I drive by it every day! And why no drivebys?

It's not like there's house on a private lane or long driveway. It's a COMMERICIAL BUILDING that's currently occupied by a business. So I cannot pull up and park in front of it????

Is it a secret?
