I just wanted to thank all of you who sent me welcome posts! Looks like I still have a ton to learn!
I am on a whole new side of real estate right now--I have my personal house on the market! I have never actually bought or sold a house, when we first got married, we rented a townhouse. We then purchased 18.7 acres of land and built a house on the land. I have now (much to my husband's chagrin) decided that I want to move back to town---country living just is not for me. It has however, given me a new take on what my sellers face--making sure the toilets are cleaned, beds perfectly made and not a stray dish in sight, only to have no one come look! I actually have an interested family coming from Florida to look at my house on Saturday and I have been trying to get everything just so! Very blessed to have been given as much notice--I knew they were coming last week. However, it is not very easy to keep a house clean with a 4 year old and a 15 month old! I just have to pray that if this is what God wants right now in our lives as well as theirs, then it will work out. If not, then there is someone out there to buy my house when the timing is right.
