Missy, you have to think positive. You know how these games go ... all the stats are thrown out the window. As the sportscasters are saying here, Michigan has nothing to lose so may play very aggressively.
LOL, Elaine we lost to Toledo. I know emotions run high but we are hurting bad in the QB position, Threet is hurt so Nick will play. Nick is a great kid, he and my son played at Saline together. New offense, new coach and no QB so we are hurting and where has our defense been most of the year. Bo is turning over in his grave.
Hey Miss! Don't you worry, your guys will show up. This game has always been huge no matter the standings or record. There have been upsets, ya know? (Just not tomorrow) ; ) GRRRRR, RUF, RUF!
Here is a nice video just for you! Good luck and God bless!
Thanks for the vid, David. Brings tears to the eyes doesn't it! One of my past clients was a drum major.
Read in your post that you have season tickets. Way back when ... we had season tickets and I always joked about if I ever split with my husband, I was going to make sure I got my half. Don't you know when I did split, I forgot all about them in the dissolution. DUMB! DUMB! DUMB!
I am one of those known to cry, Elaine......my neighbors son was in the band and he is a fine young man too. He has some great travelling stories. They are as well run as the team.
PS> If I ever got divorced, my tickets would come before the house..... ; )
Believe it or not! I like AC/DC as I am a '70's rocker!!! but $250 bucks, nah...
$150 for OSU tickets is because of Meeechigans record. In 2006 I was offered $1,000 a seat, I have 4, and I turned it down and went to the game with my daughters and wife and I never regretted it, so am I nuts or what??? No, just a Buckeye Honk! Have a great week end!
Here's a peace bouquet for the Michiganders. It was a HARD FOUGHT game as it always is. I admit, I was nervous that first half!
Now to switch loyalties and cheer for Michigan State, although it would be nice for Joe Pa to end his career at the Rose Bowl. What to do ... what to do!
What a great hard fought game. The score does not reflect how hard the UM played. I am so proud to be a part of this great game. I love our 28 seniors and I know they will be great men in our community, that is what it is all about anyway! And the 15 seniors at UM will make Missy's state proud also.
Hey Miss, we are with some great UM people as I type this, love you and best of luck next year!
The coldest game I ever remember was in '71 at the Big House. I was pregnant with my youngest, so regular clothes didn't fit. I had so many weird layers on and topped them all off with an ankle length wool cape with a hood. With all the layers and my big belly, I could hardly move. Felt like a big round snowball ... and looked like one, too! :-)
Wow, 27-zip and it's not even the half! Guess we're going to have to cheer harder for the Spartans.
