In a previous blog, we teased you with "Before" and "After" photos of a Tempe Condo Staging Project we were installing.  Well, here they are!:

  

     

 

  

 

 

   

As you can see, the addition of color goes a long way!  Furniture gives rooms depth and character.  This condo is listed for $899,900 - did it look worth it in the "Before" pictures...?  This unit is in Northshore - a new-build mid-rise in Tempe.  There are currently 23 other units for re-sale, plus approximately 25 still for sale through the builder.  The builder's sales staff is now showing THIS condo FIRST!  Why?  Because it looks like a model!

If you have a home or condo you need to sell fast, give it the edge over competition and stage it!

wow, that is some before and after photos, doesnt even look like the same place, staging works, makes a home look like a model home
