With the holidays steadily approaching and the economy in the "toilet" I felt it was the right time to become Santa's helper and help the children to get their letters out to Santa and receive one back from Santa. It's also a great marketing tool for me and free holiday fun for the family. It's great all around. Besides adding Santa I also added a snow falling effect to give the right atmosphere.
As I have talked about before I love CGI Connection. I downloaded the web based program for Santa's Helper, copied the html and pasted it to my website. It was that simple to create a button to email Santa and falling snow. The letter back from Santa is beautiful too. I, also, really like that the picture of Santa randomly changes.

Why would I want to do this or why would you?
I think it's a nice little gift for the kids and they have fun with it but it's also a great marketing tool for me. It gives some people a reason to want to come back and check out your site as well as refer your site to other people. Someone may also need a real estate agent now or sometime in the near future.
