GREEN Contact Database Management

I am looking to upgrade my on line contact database management software. And I was looking for something GREEN. Now I know what you're thinking. There isn't anything GREEN about on line software. GREEN Contact Databases are Day Runners with recycled paper and soy based ink. Well that's not gonna cut it. There is an email out there called EcoMail that runs there servers on 100% solar! So I'm looking for an on line database management that runs their server off of solar, wind, a bunch of employees riding stationary bikes, whatever! So anyone ever heard of such a thing? Thanks!

But you still need to be online to use it, so whats the point?

I am a happy user of ACT... download once and it sits on my laptop for me. No need for an server chewing up megawatts.

What does being online have to do with it? Because I'm using a non-green ISP I guess? If that is it then you are right so I guess I'm also looking for a green ISP as well to offset my online time. I can't get around the online part. I have a PC at work and at home and I have a Treo and laptop when I'm on the road so I need something with mobile capabilities too. Thanks for bringing that up Robert.

Ford, I am not sure if it exists, (at least not yet!) One of the things I liked about ACT was that it was NOT an online item. Yet it works seemlessly with Outlook, and my Blackberry. good luck on your hunt!

Thanks Robert. Out of curiosity why do you like not being able to access your system online? What do you do when your laptop is in the shop or you forget it?

Actually it's Ford but I'm down for a good YAY! Robert! anytime. The service is called ecomail.org Check it out. Some friends of mine from Colorado had these email addresses about 8 years ago. My new address is GreenRealtor@ecomail.org!
