Just Getting Started and oops . . .

By
Real Estate Agent with Savannah Lakes Homes

Today is when you are going to start blogging.  You have been reading the pages of information about how to blog, what makes a blog readable, the best places to post, etc. and you have commented and commented and commented.  You've really learned a lot but it has made you realize how much you don't know!  Then you finally post and oops - you posted on the wrong site.  I'm wondering how long it takes to get with this program!

I'm one of those people who has to have all the information before I begin - It's hard for me to jump right in!  I usually have a fairly short learning curve with technology. Any good advise about how to be successful?

Hi Bruce and Mary,

I laughed because you sound like me...trying to learn everything before you begin.  I've bookmarked this so I can learn from you post.  Just thought I'd say HI and good luck to you.

Thanks Lisa !  Localism is another thing that has me confused.  I have pages of blogs on how to make it work and am really interested in being successful with that.  Bruce and I have purchased our area in McCormick, SC.  I reallly haven't put anything on yet.  Good luck to you!

Bruce and Mary,

The best part of AR is that everything is answered by just asking.....good luck.

Hi Bruce and Mary- Welcome to Active|Rain.  I guess I would suggest that you do just jump in.  Don't worry if you don't get it right 'cause we all get it wrong more than you know.  So don't be shy, most people are very helping and will point you in the right direction.  From my experience it took many months before I started feeling comfortable.  Now if I make a mistake, it's simply "Mea Culpa".  Hope to see you around.
