I hope you get this sold quickly! I've heard some horror stories from Florida, but how are land sales? Cngrats on your first 30 days in the rain and I hope you have had a chance to meet some of the wonderful people here in the rain.

Hi Todd,

Thanks for your support. Normally this lot would have sold close to a million, it's at an exclusive area in the Miami area, near the water, 24 hour gated community, etc... None of the developers are interested because they can't sell what they already have. It's really frustrating knowing you have something great and noone is interested.
