I'm sitting in Carlsbad, enjoying my Grandkids for a couple days before leaving for an exam, and saw not 1 but 2 "tag you're it" notices.....No, No, I don't have time....No, no more meme's :) Well, this one is a little different....and looked entertaining so this morning I went for it. Ahh these 5 minute meme's are OK.....so Thanks Audrey June- Forshey and Linda Scanlan for the tag. Then as I was tagging my 5 I saw another one from another friend Sally Cheeseman and Tami Vroma.
Bookworm Meme--I've Been Tagged!
Here's how this meme works:
1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 56.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the next two to five sentences.
5. Don't dig for your favorite book, the cool book or the intellectual one. Pick the Closest.
6. Tag five people to do the same
****you just can't use the Bible****

I am not at home, but as luck would have it I brought 2 Books to read both here and on the Airplane, so I grabbed one out of my travel bag for this meme. I must say at first I grabbed one out of the bookcase here, but I had looked at the Titles, so put it back. Yes, I do try to follow directions LOL :) So my Book is "One Door away from Heaven" by Dean Koontz.
"The tape went silent again as a perfectly executed time dissolve brought the viewer from twilight to full night on the same street. "We're using a camera and special film with exceptional ability to record clear images in a minimum of light."
Hmmm, I haven't even started the book, but it looks like some type of surveillance is going to occur. Sounds good to me, and without reading the book yet, I picture guys in front of machines in front of someones house.....filming their actions. Hmm wonder who's in the truck and why ?
Guess I'll know one I get on the plane and start reading the book.
OK who do I tag...here goes:
Jeanean Gendron
Tom Plant
Pam Dent
Kat DeLong
Ryan Martin
Hmm..little book reports, sounds like fun, can I use the phone book? :)
