I watch the market daily and find the lowest rate available to help ease the burden so many people are facing not only in the USA, but Worldwide.

Two of the most commonly used options include Refinancing, or a service called Loan Modification.
Refinancing is the process of attaining a new mortgage loan in order to pay off an existing mortgage with a part or all the money received by the new mortgage.
So why do people do it you ask? The answer is for a lower rate, and sometimes to consolidate debt.
A Loan Modification is a permanent change in one or more of the terms of a mortgagor's loan, which allows the loan to be reinstated, and results in a payment the mortgagor can afford.
