BUYERS:  GREAT NEWS!

1)  There may be a $7,500 tax credit available to you as a first time buyer.

2)  Financing is still available at low rates:  6-6.5%  (In 2003 rates dipped below 6% - First time in 40 years, I've been told.)

3)  FHA loans have higher limits and still only require 3% down.

4)  Some great buys out there:  Many prices have been reduced by 10, 20, 30% - Some foreclosures have sold for as low as 50%-60% of their prior sales prices.

5)  Buying now puts you in a safe buying zone.  Whether prices have bottomed out or not, it is too early to tell, but you know that are buying well below the top of the market and your long term investment should be a safe one.
