I have a listing that my seller called me yesterday on. He said: " Your not going to believe this!" I just got a call from this woman- wanting to buy my house!" I said: " Really that's great did you give her my name and number?" He said no! I said why did you tell her no? He said actually I didn't tell her no. She told me under no circumstance will I deal with a REALTOR.... How's that? She explained to him that we were not to be trusted. She had bought and sold 3 homes and never used a Realtor and she wasn't going to throw her money away to them now! I just laughed and told him that I wished her the best of luck! Isn't it amazing how some people no matter what are true die-hards...... Or something like that!
