We Just had an Agent Mastermind with 6 other companies, not only did everyone learn alot, we bonded.  In this market their is obviously alot of competition but it was real nice to hang out with friends and listen to a panal of experts.  Everyone took their colors off and we talked about the basics and what is really working in our market.  Some of the things that we talked about will be listed below.  Want to keep this simple but wanted to share.  Brady

1.  FOLLOW UP!

2.  Get on the phone and start working your sphere, a phrase we have hanging around our office is "Who's working Your sphere today" call your sphere.

3.  Write down your goals and business plan.  If you don't have them or it, do it.  If you don't have a plan and goals you will never know when your falling behind.  It needs to be specific and simple, and you need to follow it.

4.  Be persist ant!!!!!!  Remember that the people you call on the phone will not remember who you are, most of them couldn't place you in a crowd.  You should call them until they tell you to leave them alone.  And keep in mind that when they comment on your persistence you should let them know that's how they treat buyers for there house, you never let anyone get away!!!

5.  Find your niche and work it, new idea's are great but if you get one everyday and act on it you will get nowhere.  Pick the one you had yesterday and follow up.

6.  Become the Mayor of your Neighborhood, be the go to person, become involved, do things that will keep your name out there without spending lots of money.

7.  And Finally, don't spend what you dont have, lead by revenue.  Be wary of get leads quick schemes, do what those before you proved works.  Listen to your Broker's, listen to the top agents in your office, unless someone is going to give you a lead for free, let them find someone else.
