Here it is November.  Thanksgiving is next week. the holidays came upon is quickly - as they do every year.  This year, the economy is speaking to us differently.  We had a major election...whether you are pleased or not with th outcome is an entirely different blog.  "People" say now that the election is past us, the real estate market should start picking up again.  Your guess is as good as mine on this one...but what if it does?  Are you ready?

It's been a tight year for many agents.  Perhaps you have let your marketing efforts slide in favor of paying your mortgage?  Not so far from the truth?  I've seen more agents personal homes show up on the MLS that i care to mention.  It hasn't been pretty.
