I look forward to reading it...however, for 99% of the cases, a reverse mortgage is a major no no. Ever hear of Suze Orman?

I recommend you read the book. Suze Orman, like the media has a common point of view. Although her point of view is valid, it is just not accurate when it comes to the topic of reverse mortgages. The purpose of Tyler Kraemer's first book was to actually put into existence a real and accurate understanding of how they work, what they are for, and who, and what situations they are appropriate for. There is a reason it is #1 on Amazoncom. Admittedly, my personal knowledge of reverse mortgages is not excellent, as that is not what I do.

Thanks for the feedback I agree with you. It's just not me who is selling the houses rather www.ezkeyre.com ...so perhaps a logo would be a better bet. We have over 200 homes, completely fixed up, with tenants in place, professional management in place, and $200-$1000 per month in cash flow, locked for 12 months. All homes are under 100K to buy and selling at 65-80% of TODAY'S value.

Now we just need buyers, agents, or agents who want to make solid referral fees for connecting their investor buyers with our properties. We seller finance packages of 10 houses for 6% interest and only 10% down...no banks, no mess and we agents up to $10,000 for the introduction.
