Las Vegas new home construction

The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) has announced new maximum loan limits for Clark County.  These new limits will go into effect on homes closing on or after January 1st!  The current loan limits are at $400K while the new limits will be capped at $287,500.  If you have clients considering purchasing a home that may exceed that loan amount now is the last chance to purchase.   Another thing to keep in mind is that the new FHA rules show that starting January 1st - FHA down payments will also increase from a minimum of 3% down to 3.5%.  

All homes that close escrow prior to Nov 26, 2008 will also be able to take advantage of:
** Special financing starting at 3.75% Fixed for the 1st year!**
