Noramally I log on to my Facebook page to find something has been thrown at me, but I certainly didn't expect to see something similar happen here. For those I am about to tag, you can blame The Cat. For more info, check out the Meme Group.

I have just opended my e-mail from Karl as I was sitting here in my home office. The closes book is right here on my desk as I attended a seminar in Chester, PA yesterday, with Dave Jenks. This book is most approatie for our industry let alone page 56 line 5 fits right into to the real estate industry. The book is called "SHIFT" How Top Real Estate Agents Tackle Tough Times. This book was written by Garry Keller with Dave Jenks & Jay Papasan.
"Pursue short-term and long-term goals at the same time. To have your best year plus a great career requires both. Lead generation effectiveness is the one true building block of all successful real estate careers and while its goal is always immediate business that is usually best accomplished through a dual focus on present and future business."
