I visited Mexico numerous time throughout my life.  What I never had with me was my "investor" glasses.  Of course I was much younger.  Now I see the light.

I encourage anyone who has plans to visit Mexico to take some time, not too much, and look around at the possibilites.  Talk to few Real Estate agents, pick up some newspapers with listings, etc.

John, thank you for the post.  What is your favorite activity in Puerto Vallarta?
