I Am Thankful For...............

By
Real Estate Agent with The Keene Group

I just thought it would be good with Thanksgiving coming up to give people a chance to say what they are thankful for this year.

I am thankful that after 40 years my father has been able to put his life back together since my mother passed away from cancer two months ago.

I am also thankful for a wonderful wife and three healthy children (They are all prefect might I add). My wife has been one of the greatest things to ever happen to me and she has been one of my biggest supporters in my personal and professional life.

So what are you Thankful for???????

Sean: I am thankful for having my Sister still with me. She is in remission from Cancer. And, of course, for all my new found friends here on the rain. Dang you, Sean! I was going to write this post but you beat me to it! Guess I'll have to start getting up earlier in the morning....early bird gets the rain, right? Good job at beating me....ah, competition....I like it. Bring it on, my friend!

This week we received a note from a child we sponsor in Haiti - school hasn't started due to hurricane damage.  The soil they planted their crops in has blown away - leaving rocks and plots of land that are now unplantable.  The goats that provided milk also were blown away in the hurricane.  I look at my 12 year old with all the blessings of living in America and am humbled at all the blessings we take for granted!

Sean - I am thankful for the new friends that I have found on A/R and my new second calling as a blogger. It is fun and informative. Now, if I could just get my head to understand all of it.

Margaret--I have three cchildren of my own and I think that one of the hardest things to teach them is to appreciate what they have. Something like that is a great life lesson for your 12 year old.

Fred--We all appreciate you too. We also appreciate all the great information that you give us.
