Investing in the California real estate market has never been so exciting.  After researching the plethora of options online, I found a couple websites that seemed interesting.

RealtyBid.com uses an auctioning system that is a lot like eBay.  If you're anything like me and you love shopping for the best deal, RealtyBid.com might be a place to start.  I noticed that Coldwell Banker is using the website to auction off 531 properties in Indiana.

Are there other auction sites for bidding on homes that haven't gone into foreclosure?

My clients are looking to scoop up inexpensive properties in the southern California area -- but they do not want bank foreclosures!  RealtyBid had some properties, but only a couple were "worth looking into."  Where would you start?

Thank you Active Rain!
