Yes, these sure are gorgeous. Hey that 9 Harmony Rd is eligible for USDA Rural Financing 100% loans. If they came under agreement at the listing price, the approved buyer's payment (including taxes and insurance) would be $2150 a month, again having made no down payment. Of course, down payments are always allowed but that's what a 100% financing payment would look like!

FYI, the other properties in your entry will probably also qualify geographically for USDA Rural Housing Guaranteed Financing but their price range would not allow an income approval for such a buyer. However, since some of these are higher end of the median listings it may be important to note and understand that the new revised jumbo loan amounts expire on 12/15. Any deals submitted after that will be subject to traditional jumbo rates, which are generally in the high 7s and have extra requirements. Let's hope more legislation or governmental revisions expand the dates and limits, as it is highly needed!
