It is a local Southern California word for Real Estate open house bank owned specialist

The students of Tom Ferry were treated to a Treat! Than along with many many helpful treats was meeting the RHORS community. Lenders and Agents get together to get the bank owned properties sold.

This weekend we will be presenting TWO in Torrance- one a townhome on 190th street and the other a single family home with a pool.

Talk about GOOD DEALS! We don't get too many bank owned in our area.

Better come see one if you want a deal that is no TURKEY!
