Active Rain is coolThe CyberProfessionals have one of their two meetings a year at the same location as the NAR convention, just two days earlier. One of the things we do is to go to the Expo armed with these stickers and post them at the booth of a company we find has something cool that the rest of us should see. Saves time and makes sure we don't miss anything.

Since ActiveRain wasn't staffing a booth at the tradeshow, I thought I'd use one of their "moving billboard"s for our sticker.

ActiveRain is a great tool and a cool tool, and so are all of the ActiveRain gurus!

That is pretty cool looking. It was a blast meeting you at the convention and we really enjoyed the Cyber Pro meetings.

Sharon, I never did find which post had the pictures of you and Tami at NAR! It's good to see you back posting. Thanks!

Monika - hope you'll join CyberPros and come back. Phoenix should be a blast, too.

Russell - thanks for looking anyway.

Kristin and Richard - thanks.

Sharon, that is a very creative idea for marking the exhibitors of interest. Keep bringing your Cool Spot info to us on your blog. We all learn so much from you.

Hi Sharon, How is the transition going. Are you setting up a cool cyber space in your new office for the consumer? A wide screen tv in your lobby with all the properties in the MLS being shown on the wide screen TV. I am not sure what sort of software is required but it would be cool. Maybe even having it run 24/ 7 as moving billboard for your office (viewable through your windows with links to some big businesses around town with your business making the show available. Having similar wide screen TVs set up in other businesses around town ( you would own them ) with the MLS running continuously and your Team being the contact person. This is running in my head as a "hot" idea.

William - several of the local brokers have wide screen tvs visible from the windows showing their company listings. I like the idea of other businesses - some B&Bs might be perfect!

We plan to make our office welcoming - morning coffee, tea, selection of newspapers, even bowls of water outside for the dogs (dog biscuits and goodies inside).

Thanks for your suggestions - please keep them coming.

Sharon - that was pretty clever. Sort of a modern-day sandwich board.

Neal - indeed it is Cyber Rich!

Jeff - I hadn't thought of it that way, but I like it.

Barbara-Jo - sometimes.

Very nice idea! And since everyone in the group knows in advance what the stickers look like, that makes it all the more compelling to stop at a particular booth (stationary or walking!) to take a look!  Very cool idea indeed!

Kathy -- we've done that for years, so we really know what to look for. There are hundreds of exhibitors, so clues like this help.
