My think tank is leveraging other people's knowledge. Less strain on the brain. Then I implement and take action on what I learn. If I get stuck on something, I start dialing the experts. People call me as well for knowledge so it is a whirlwind of information swirling in the tornadic action of real estate. Would not have it any other way.

lol. Hey I wore that shirt again, today. It's an attention getter. Everyone asks me to move my hair so they can read the back. The boys at active rain need to make me shorts that read "think tank" across the fanny.

That pic is exacly what the media is saying " Real estate is dead". We as RE agents have to work to beat the media and turn around all the negative thinking and get the public back to thinnk positive.
