Surviving? what are you doing?

By
Mortgage and Lending with Your Financial Coach

What are you doing to survive. People are still affraid to purchase houses and get a mortgage. So I am expanding my services, opening up to new ideas, and putting more time into taking care of my health. Heaven knows I can't afford to be out sick during this flu season.

So, added being a Financial Coach. I am Securities and Insurance licensed, have a Loan Originator and branch manager license. So I am also helping people with their business, personal and corporate finances.

And I am taking better care of my health. I have lost more than 10 pounds in the last month. (need to loose another 15) Eating better, cleansing the toxins out of my kidneys, liver and total body. And at 50, I don't really do any hard core exercising. And making some money on the side by sharing this with others. And doing it all natural! No pills or quick fixes. And still eating some chocolate snacks.

So, what are you doing to make it thru these hard times? Or are you getting out all together?

I started as a Realtor in August 2005. I'm still here, but I work at Borders Books and Music as a Manager in order to get good health benefits for me and my husband. And with the little bit of extra money, I can eat out more and do a little extra to help other people.

Thanks Jim. The benefits are very important. My wife gets benifits, but before that, I was paying $468 a month for catistophic medical and dental, $1750 deductable, and only paid 80% on anything. And in the past 3 years, we only used it for my wifes contacts and eye appointments.
