Lime Tree Park is conveniently located only 15 minutes to the white sugar sand beaches of Bonita Springs, Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach.  Not too far away (approximately 20-25 minutes) is the new midfield terminal of SW Florida International Airport and Miromar Outlet Mall.  The new Coconut Point Mall of Estero is open and thriving and located about 10 minutes away and at a bikable distance.

The manufactured homes of Lime Tree Park are land owned homesteads.  Some home-sites are used strictly for seasonal recreational vehicle use.  Prices of homes at Lime Tree Park begin at approximately $45,000 and vary in price depending upon the age of the home, location of the home and if it is on "pet row" or not.

Within walking or biking distance, near the entrance of Lime Tree Park are two great restaurants:  The First Watch - Breakfast and Lunch and The Bonefish Grille - Dinner and Cocktails.

Another informative post that really gives the "flavor" of this development. Good photos of Lime Tree street signs.

Thanks, Ann.  It's an undiscovered part of Bonita Springs.  I thought it would be great for Colleen's "Fruit Challenge".

Geeze, Danny.  I didn't even catch the Bonefish "fish" over.  I gotta go back. I didn't really look at the site, since I've been there already.

FYI:  Locals wait until .....about May to start eating out again.  There are about 10 new restaurants at the mall waiting for me.  Our tourist population will slow and I'm not cooking all summer!

Chris, I love what you've done for showcasing your community. George inspired me to take a look and now I know I need to get back to the drawing board neighbor - thanks for the inspiration - I'm always open to constructive suggestions so let me know if you see anything I can improve when you visit - won't you? (Kristal's still working with me on pictures - augh - we think it may be some IE interference....) Have a great day.
