Don, we have a town here that goes all out for Christmas and bills themselves as the Christmas Capitol of the World!  I'll be posting photos of lights, Santas, trains and mangers soon.  The holidays are here! The holidays are here!  (I'm starting to get excited.)

Good evening Ms. Amanda,

Thank you for being the first to stop in this evening and commenting.  I can wait just a bit longer, it seems like it has gotten here a lot sooner this year.  Oh well not much any of us can do.  I hope that you have a GREAT Thanksgiving.

Leesa,

This is not a picture from there, the actual event is much, much better than this.  I will be taking more pics of the event this year and posting them later.  I could not find my pics of previous years.

That is so cool! We have several neighborhoods here, where everyone in the neighborhood decorates their house. And there are scattered Christmas signs, lights, and trees in parks. But I don't know of one particular park or public spot that is decorated like that. The closest thing I know of is this one piece of property that is owned by one individual person who completely decorates for every single holiday. It's about an acre of land. It's pretty cool =)

Don - We normally go to Branson during holiday season to see the lights. However, it may be worthwhile to go North instead to O'Fallon. Looks like a great place to take the kids. Thanks for sharing.

Nice, Don.  We're not quite in full Christmas regalia yet, but it's coming.  Every year Kathy and I do the Christmas lights tour around town.  It's a lot of fun.  The hayride option wouldn't be a bad way to see everything.

Don~It looks beautiful. I'd love to visit, but wouldn't get far as I don't travel anywhere that's colder than 70 degrees. I love Florida.

LaShawn,

I hear you ma'am, I am a warm weather person myself.  Compared to Wisconsin this is warm weather.
