Tim and Pam: Glad to do it. I've done the Carnival of the Recipes for Christmas, New Years, Father's Day, Pancake Day and Thanksgiving. The holiday editions always bring out a lot of creativity in the Carnival members.

Bill, Great list. Thanks for sharing. I cooked Thanksgiving dinners for 30 years until eight years ago when my brother's wife took over. I'm only assigned to do the corn pudding this year. I used to cook all week to prepare for dinner for 23 people. Too much work and I'm getting too old for that. Happy Thanksgiving.

What a great compilation of recipes. I have looked over several and they look pretty yummy, I am going to bookmark this one. Thanks for taking the time to assemble it. Have a lovely Thanksgiving, what recipes are you trying this year? Do you have a favorite of these?

My favorite is the cranberry sauce.
