I hope I am allowed to solicit on this blog ! I am a broker associate with Douglas Elliman Florida in South Beach. I previously had my own brokerage for 8 years and 3 assistants working with me. I need assistance with weekly updating tasks for listings, website, showing feed backs, making appointments, contract coordination etc and sometimes mundane admin as I have an investment company as well. I do want to expand my business with some serious marketing to expireds, luxury homes, expanding my website and web lead generation and I have tons of ideas to implement. i would be happy to give control to a very qualified VA or motivated VA.
