Vision, Passion, Purpose

By
Education & Training with Keller Williams Realty

I have coached and mentored so many Realtor's, with some great success and with others, well..not so good. The common thread I have seen with my most successful Realtor's is "Vision Passion Purpose"

Vision- They see their outcome, They have the foresight to see their future. They keep on task and stay focused. They have a big picture. Some have created vision boards. They have the ability to see their challenges and the wherewith-all to overcome. The absolutely without doubt know they will succeed.

Passion-My most successful Realtors have a burning passion for this career. The market has no bearing on them. They love coming to work, they love their clients and most of all the love the process. They can not imagine themselves doing anything but this chosen profession. they do not get frustrated, they become more determined. I believe my these Realtor's will spend time around Real Estate even after their sales careers; as coaches, facilitators and mentors.

Purpose- they all believe they serve the greater good. They are servant leaders. They are active in the community, their places of worship, and in the lives of their clients. They have an inner feeling of contribution. They view their career not as the ends, but as the means to have a fuller and more balanced life. The do not view Real Estate as a job but as intrinsically a part of themselves.

If anyone is struggling with their career, check to see if you have vision, passion, purpose.

It's such a simple concept but I'm amazed how many people have to be reminded.

Thanks for breaking it down!

Ralph... Lynne is a Renaissance woman!  She's a good wife and mom too.  I am not sure what kind of naughty nurse she is, but she's a great team leader!

Naples Marketing  Great post! I agree with you and I have to say it's not exclusive to Realtor.  When you love what you do, then you will be happy and have great results.

  Happy Thanksgiving!
