FIRE SALE in Ka'anapali

Lanikeha is the newest and the most luxurious subdivision in Ka'anapali, as part of Ka'anapali Golf Estates, featuring a club house (picture included below) with inifinity edge pool, jacuzzi, gym, barbecue area.

My clients bought this 20,210 sf lot in 2005, for $650,000 and they need to close escrow before the end of the year!

Thus, price was reduced to $600,000.

This listing price is $75,000 to $330,000 less than the last comps for similar size lots in the subdivision.

This is a GREAT DEAL!
