Charateristics of Successful Agents

Only moments ago, I was visited by the thought genie! She just appeared in my brain.
The revelation I had was that the compelling difference between super successful people and marginally successful people is mostly enthusiasm!
I would suspect that if I poled the real estate agents on this site that are producing over $20 million in volume (or they ones that genuinely believe they will be there), they would share many of the same characteristics. One that you would find most pronounced (along with knowing their scripts & dialogs) would be the enthusiasm with which they work.  They respond quickly to leads, they follow-up where others quit & they put their client's interest first before their own.

I must agree! where others give up, I start rolling up my sleeves and get cracking. Where others tell me "This can`t be done", I ask "why not"...

Thats the difference in winners and losers...

Right on, Scott.. everyone has their gift in life. If you haven't found yours, make finding it your "full time job and hobby." Learn it, live it, breathe it...share that enthusiasm.

Enthusiasm is critical. Many times a seller lists with a new agent that has enthusiasm rather than a pro who talks about statistics, marketing plans, etc but doesn't get excited about the house.
