A new website that has just launched is catching on like wild fire. AdvantageML.com is starting to get some real attention since I last talked about the site. They have come up with some pretty cool things that they are going to be doing for agents and brokers and since they have just launch, they are trying populate the site with as many listings as they can get. Yes, it means you need to take a few more pictures and spend some time in front of your computer downloading pictures and giving more detailed descriptions of your properties. I just can't think of a better way to be more proactive in todays tech world.
