Williamson county real estate - I get buyers calling me about once a week wanting to know if I have any foreclosures? The answer is yes and no. The yes part is that I can find and help buyers purchase foreclosed property in Williamson county, Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Green Hills, and anywhere else in Middle Tennessee that they exist. The no part is that I personally am not representing any banks who have foreclosed properties.

That's good if you are a buyer. It means that I can work with you, without having to be careful about making the owners of the property mad (that would be the banks again). I cannot automate the search for this, because of the way the MLS is structured.
