If you are a Realtor, meaning you are a member of your local Realtor Association, you MUST take the NAR Mandated Code of Ethics between January 1st, 2005 and December 31st, 2008 or you will LOSE YOUR REALTOR MEMBERSHIP!!!

I know it's hard to remember when it was last taken...something you may have done 4 years ago is hard for anyone to keep track of. 

You can either check by contacting your local board and making sure they have record and/or go to www.Realtor.org NAR's website, log in and check your personal profile. The Code of Ethics should show up in your Education Record.

If you have not yet completed it your local board may still have classes available, ours are FULL! 

If not you can take it online but you will have to pass a test!
