Jim-since I posted the orginal with links 3 of these have gone under contract. Two of the homes from my foreclosure tour last week are also gone. I don't know who says the buyers aren't out. Obviously they are on the move!

Konnie-realistic owners are what we need to keep houses moving. Unfortantely they need to compete with foreclosures and short sales. I'm getting ready to list a nice townhouse in Potomac Club that is in perfect condition and hopefully the buyers will see the benefit from buying from a realistic onwer.
